About the Journal
The Turkish Journal of Agriculture – Food Science and Technology (TURJAF) is an international, open-access journal operating under a double-blind peer-review system. Since 2013, the journal has been published monthly by the Turkish Science and Technology Publishing (TURSTEP).
TURJAF focuses on disseminating original research papers and review articles that offer novel contributions across all disciplines of agricultural and food sciences. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are expected to demonstrate a high degree of originality, scientific innovation, and broad relevance. The journal welcomes both experimental studies and comprehensive reviews within the agricultural sciences.
Articles are accepted for publication in either English or Turkish.
The Turkish Journal of Agriculture – Food Science and Technology (TURJAF) is dedicated to publishing original research and review articles that contribute novel perspectives across all areas of agricultural and food sciences. Submitted manuscripts are expected to exhibit a strong degree of novelty, originality, uniqueness, and broad scientific relevance. The journal accepts both research papers and review articles addressing diverse topics within agricultural and food sciences.
Consistent with its scope and objectives, TURJAF welcomes original research manuscripts that present new insights into any field of Agricultural and Food Sciences, provided that they have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere for consideration. Studies that are preliminary, confirmatory, or inconclusive in nature, as well as case reports, local-scale investigations, and manuscripts focused solely on new records or identification/taxonomic descriptions, are not considered for evaluation.
