Abstract

The development of societies all over the world has led to the development of cooperation among them. The reason for this development was that collective action was the main factor in their growth. In this context, their positions and bargaining powers have contributed greatly to the more efficient distribution of goods among people, and have been instrumental in the development of cooperation from past to present. Over the years, many cooperation and cooperation models have emerged that have spread to all countries of the world, aiming for certain goals within the framework of certain rules. Cooperatives are one of these cooperation models. This study aims to provide a brief overview of the most notable features of Greece’s national agricultural cooperative legislation and to make recommendations for improving cooperative legislation.
