Özet

Bu çalışmada biyoinformatik analiz ile 47 PMEI tip 1 geni ve 57 PMEI tip 2 geni tanımlandı. PMEI genleri 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 ve 22 numaralı kromozomlarda ayrı ayrı lokalize edildi, ancak esas olarak iskele. PMEI tip 1 genlerinin biyolojik fonksiyonlarının biyolojik düzenleme, metabolizma ve hücresel fonksiyonlar alanlarında olduğu tespit edildi. Hücresel lokalizasyonlarının hücre parçalarıyla ilişkili olduğu görülmektedir. PMEI tip 2 genleri için biyolojik fonksiyonlar; biyolojik düzenleme, metabolik ve hücresel fonksiyonlar olarak belirlendi.

47 zeytin PMEI tip 1 genini hedef alan toplam 393 Arabidopsis miRNA'sı tanımlandı. OePMEI1-07 genini hedef alan iki spesifik miRNA bulundu (ath-miR8168 ve ath-miR774b-5p). PMEI tip 2 genleri için, OPMEI2-02, OPMEI2-03, OPMEI2-27, OPMEI2-28, OPMEI2-29, OPMEI2-30, OPMEI2-40 ve OPMEI2-54'ü hedef alan 14 spesifik miRNA dahil olmak üzere 269 Arabidopsis miRNA'sı bulundu.

Bu sonuçlar, zeytindeki PMEI genlerinin sadece hücre gelişimi, germ hücre oluşumu ve bitki büyümesinde rol oynamadığını, aynı zamanda zeytindeki abiyotik ve biyotik stres koşullarında da önemli bir rol oynayabileceğini göstermektedir.
